How to fundraise for Rainbow Valley
For some, Fundraising can feel a bit daunting, and you may not know where to start!
Rainbow Valley is here to help in any way should you want assistance on “How To, DIY Events” We can talk you through the steps and provide you with templates of lots of different events and we are sure you will find something that sparks your interest.
As a small charity, with only 3 employees we depend heavily on our wonderful supporters who we like to call “Our Rainbow Valley Family”, to help us continue to provide our bespoke residential courses for those affected by cancer.

Every donation makes a difference.
We have two ways in which you can donate directly to Rainbow Valley. You can make a one off donation by clicking our Direct Donation button and choosing the amount you wish to donate or if you would like to make regular donations to Rainbow Valley then click our Regular Giving button.
Regular donations are extremely important to the charity and help make a really big difference to those living with cancer. By choosing to give a regular gift it allows us to plan for the future because we know, day in day out, that we will have a steady income stream that we can rely upon. Your commitment to helping us will allow us to give hope to these people on an on-going basis.
Our Long term Objective is to build a dedicated Centre, away form the hospital environment where those living with or affected by cancer will go to explore the plethora of treatment that are available in support of hospital care. While we pursue our quest to build Rainbow Valley, we will continue to run our free to attend residential courses in the healing surroundings of Ardoch House on Loch Lomond.
How to Donate The 700 ClubWould you like to pay it forward?
Here is the difference regular giving could make:
£5 a month for 1 year
Pays for refreshments throughout the residential course.
£10 a month for 1 year
Pays for 1 person to attend a day course.
£20 a month for 1 year
Pays for accommodation for 1 person plus a supporter to attend a residential course.
£30 a month for 1 year
Pays for a course facilitator.

Club 700
Our two-day 7 Steps to Health Course, which is free of charge to those taking part, costs around £7000 to run each course. We aim for 7 courses per year with the cost of £350 per person to attend.
We are asking if you would consider joining our 700 Club by donating £700 annually to cover the cost of two people being able to attend our course. There are various ways to do this:
- One-off annual donation
- Monthly Direct Debit
- Staff fundraising/charity of the year
To recognise and thank you for your support, your organisation will be acknowledged on our website and across our social media channels, including the placement of your logo and a link to your company website. Where possible, recognition will also be given on the large screens displayed at our fundraising events.
